This place was simply mind-blowing! We couldn't believe how convenient and quiet it was, not to mention the exceptional value for money. As returning customers, we stayed for 9 days with friends who were blown away by the hotel's affordability and quality. The location was super, with shops and restaurants right outside, and the check-in process was jaw-droppingly fun with holograms in multiple languages. The staff even held our bags until check-in time. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and a good size, with a super quiet atmosphere. We were amazed by the large, modern Japanese-style bathroom and the window that opened a little. The hotel's efficiency was on another level, with no visible staff, yet always prompt and efficient assistance when needed. Its city center location was another big plus. And let's not forget the amazing LG airer for drying our clothes! With free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception and security, flat-screen TV, lift, electric kettle, air conditioning. We will definitely be back if we're ever in the area again!

I had such a great stay at Henn Na Hotel in Sendai! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. I especially loved the steam machine for clothing, it made getting ready a breeze. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

There were a few minor drawbacks, such as the washer/dryer not working as well as expected and the tub not being able to be filled to the desired level. It would be helpful if the website clarified this discrepancy.

The check-in process was unique and enjoyable, with a Japanese bathroom that added a special touch. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the metro yet tucked away in a quiet area with plenty of options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The room itself was spacious, equipped with all the amenities I needed. I especially loved the efficient and friendly service from the staff, who were always available when needed. The cleanliness and organization of the hotel were also top-notch.

I loved that I could enjoy a continental breakfast, it made me feel so posh in the morning. The free WiFi was a lifesaver and the 24-hour front desk was like having a personal assistant at my beck and call.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was a thrilling experience with unique check-in procedures. The dinosaur mascot at the counter was very cute, and the location was excellent. The hotel room was spacious and had a modern Japanese-style bathroom. , the hotel staff were efficient, and we didn't have to wait long for them to attend to us.

Our stay was cut short by the idling truck that emitted exhaust fumes into our room. The bed and pillow were too firm for our liking and were uncomfortable to sleep on, following Japanese style.

A very good location made it easy to go around the city. the room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was big with modern amenities. The hotel was efficient with no visible staff but very responsive when needed, for instance, to give your suitcase before checking in. , it had a window that opened just enough, which was a nice touch.

The construction noise outside the hotel was bothersome at times, but it didn't ruin the stay.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quietness of the rooms and the comfortable beds.
